ISTOB will not list for sale any pre-owned handbag that has been worked on by any other than Hermès. We believe that the definition of 100% Authentic is not only in the product itself but also who works on them.
Short-term layaway policy
We will consider on an individual basis a short-term layaway plan for handbags only. All layaways require a deposit and a layaway agreement. Please be aware that layaways, which are not completed, will forfeit their deposit (non-refundable) if there is something that you are interested in please feel free to contact us.
Return Policy
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Please be sure that the item you are selecting for purchase is the one you want. All of our handbags are on consignment and we cannot accept returns for any reasons other than if item was not as described. All sales are final.
Shipping
ISTOB welcomes international buyers to the website. Please be advised that all Handbags/Accessories are on consignment, owned by the Consignor therefore, all purchases are shipped fully insured and you the buyer will be responsible for any/all customs fees to your country.
Generally all larger items are shipped via Federal Express or United Parcel Service and will ship within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment.
